Genesis 3:8-9 Hiding From the God, Who is Looking For them!

1st They Forgot Who They Were: God Created Man in His Own Image, in order that Man might Reflect God and His Glory!

Genesis 1:27 God created man in His own Image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them!

2nd They Didn’t Practice the Truth: God’s Command, God’s Word is Truth! And the First Truth:

Genesis 1:16 “From any tree of the garden you may eat freely; but from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat from it you will surely die.

3rd They Entertained the Enemy: There Is an Enemy: He is Satan and He is a Deceiving Liar! 1-3

4th They Believed the Lie: The Enemy Will Always Question the Truth and Speak the Lie! 4-5

You Surely Will Not Die!
You Can Be Like God and decide fro yourself what is good and evil!

The Lie: Romans 1:25 For they exchanged the truth of God for the lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator who is blessed forever.

The Lie: John 8:44 You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning and does not stand in the truth because there is not truth in him. Whenever He speaks the Lie, He speaks form his on nature for he is a liar and the father of it.

5th They Forsake the Truth: Eve and Adam Buy into the Lie and are drawn to the Fruit. V 6

Lust of the Flesh
Lust of the Eyes
Boastful Pride of Life

6th They Disobey and The Glory Departs, they Know they are Naked & Try to Cover it Up. 7

And God Comes Looking for them and they hide themselves from the presence of the Lord! The Cool of the Day, anticipating Fellowship…

Genesis 3:8 They heard the sound of the lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and the man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden. 9 Then Yawheh God called to the man, and said to him, Where are You?
